Cu-Tech “Combo-Weld” system will make many different types of connections, e.g.: Cable 10 mm2 to 50 mm2, Flat up to 30 mm x 3 mm,
Rebar Y10 in Straight, T’s, X’s, Parallel and many more can be made from the same mould all using the same size Weld Metal.

Weld Metals (consumable item, one size weld metal is used on all joints)
How it works:
- Place 1st fibre seal on lower mould
- Place 1st conductor
- Place 2nd conductor
- Place 2nd fibre seal
- Compress the fibre seals using the special “slide mould clamp”.
- Proceed as normal by adding disc, weld metal, starter and ignite.
- Allow 30 seconds to cool and open slide mould clamp.
- Remove used fibre seals to expose welded joint.
(For cross weld, and some others, 3 pieces of Fibre Seal are used alternating between conductors.)
